Locations Tool
The Locations tool is used to design the location search.
Details of the tool are as follows:
- Search Box: Set the type of search box that will be displayed.
- Floating: Rectangular area containing a geo-search button and address input box. Dimensions are 202x76 pixels.
- Bottom Fixed: Search area containing a geo-search button and address input box locked at the bottom of the window. Height of search area is 75 pixels.
- Slide Out: Rectangular area containing a geo-search button and address input box. Slides up/down into view based on user interaction. Dimensions of box are 202x77 pixels. Recommend approximately half height visible prior to interaction.
- Placement: Set the location of the search box. This is done by setting the X,Y coordinates for the top left corner, or via the click-drag mapping function.
- Background: Set the background color for the search area. You can use the color picker, or type in the hex value for the color you wish to use. Note that you can also set the alpha channel for the color, allowing you to give a transparency.
- Border: Set the color for the border that appears around the search area. You can use the color picker, or type in the hex value for the color you wish to use. Note that you can also set the alpha channel for the color, allowing you to give a transparency.
- Results Background: Set the background color for results that appear over a background image (Layout = Regular). You can use the color picker, or type in the hex value for the color you wish to use. Note that you can also set the alpha channel for the color, allowing you to give a transparency.
- Show Address: This checkbox allows you to designate whether address details for the location will be displayed as part of the search results.
