Showtimes Tool
The Showtimes tool is used to design the search functionality for showtimes and theaters within your ad.
Here are the details of the tool:
Search Box
Define the type of search box that will be displayed in your ad:
- Floating: A rectangular area (202x76 pixels) containing a geo-search button and an address input box.
- Bottom Fixed: A search area (75 pixels high) with a geo-search button and address input box, locked at the bottom of the ad.
- Slide Out: A rectangular area (202x77 pixels) with a geo-search button and address input box that slides up and down into view based on user interaction. We recommend setting approximately half its height to be visible before interaction.
Settings
Define the appearance of the search box that will be displayed in your ad:
- Link Type: Set where the showtime links will direct users. Options include Exhibitor, Atom Tickets, Fandango, and MovieTickets.com. Please note that for locations without deals with a ticketing service, the system will automatically use an exhibitor link instead. In cases where a location has no online ticketing option, showtimes will display as labels only.
- Placement: Set the exact position of the search box. This can be done by entering the X,Y coordinates for its top-left corner, or by using the click-drag mapping function.
- Background: Set the background color for the search area. You can use the color picker or input a hex value. You can also adjust the alpha channel for transparency.
- Border: Set the color for the border around the search area. Use the color picker or input a hex value. The alpha channel can also be adjusted for transparency.
- Results Background: Set the background color for search results that appear over a background image (when Layout is set to "Regular"). Use the color picker or input a hex value, and adjust the alpha channel for transparency.
- Show Address: Check this box to display address details for the theater as part of the search results.
