How MediaKoi Works With Ad Servers/DSPs

Ad servers or Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) each have unique requirements for things like supported file types, maximum ZIP file sizes, clickTags, and other specifications.

MediaKoi simplifies this process: when you select your preferred Ad Server/DSP in the "Details" tool for each ad, our platform will dynamically package your ad content to precisely match the technical specifications of that chosen ad server. This ensures your ads are always compliant and ready for seamless delivery.

Creative Restriction: External Font Linking

For ad servers that require all creative elements to be fully contained within the uploaded ZIP file (e.g., Google Ads/Ad Manager, GroundTruth), we cannot support Google Fonts or any other externally referenced font files.

Our ad packaging process is dependent on externally linking Google Fonts, which violates the "self-contained" requirement of these ad platforms.

Required Action

Please set the font in your Style Guide tools to “Default” for any creative destined for these platforms. This ensures the ad will use a universally supported system font and avoid rejection.
