Troubleshooting MediaKoi Account Verification

Are you having trouble verifying your MediaKoi account? Here are the three main reasons this can happen and the steps you can take to get it sorted out:

Scenario 1: You've Made a Typo

It's possible that you made a typo when entering your email address during sign-up. If this is the case, you won't be able to receive the verification email.

To fix this: Please create a new account, ensuring you enter your email address correctly this time.

Scenario 2: The Email is Stuck in Spam

Sometimes, emails can get caught in spam filters.

To fix this:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder for an email from info@mediakoi.com.
  • If you have a Google account, you can also use Google SSO (Single Sign-On) to sign up, as it doesn't require email verification. Simply select this option after clicking the "Sign in with Google" button on the login page.

Scenario 3: The Email is Being Blocked by Your Domain

If you're using your company email to sign up and aren't receiving the verification email, it's possible that our domain hasn't yet been whitelisted by your email provider.

To fix this:

  • Please contact your IT team and ask them to whitelist mediakoi.com.
  • Once our domain is whitelisted, you can then request a new email verification email.
  • If your company uses a Google account, you can also use Google SSO to sign up, as it doesn't require email verification. Simply select this option after clicking the "Sign in with Google" button on the login page.
